From there, I write your copy and build your site around what's true of you and how it connects with your ideal clients.

Photography is the big one. Original photos are ideal, and we’ll aim for 10 to 20 images.
A mix of original and stock photography works too. If sourcing stock photography is part of our project, licensing and sourcing costs are passed through to you at cost, with a small fee for time. We’ll discuss this upfront so there are no surprises.
Beyond photography, you’ll move through a brand clarity process at the start of every project, which does most of the heavy lifting on voice and positioning. I handle the rest.
This is the moment to connect with a local brand photographer. And it's worth it twice over because you can use the images for your directory profiles too.
Plus, a real sense of you and your space is often what gets a potential client from "maybe" to "I'll reach out."
If original photography is truly out of reach, there can be good stock options in a range of budget tiers.
I'm also available to source stock photos for you for at an additional fee.
Showit. It’s a website platform with full design flexibility. And integrates with WordPress for blogging if you ever want that, plus connects easily with most intake and booking platforms therapists use.
You'll need a Showit plan, billed monthly or annually.
Major bonus: Because Showit is built for non-developers, updating your site after launch is something you can absolutely do yourself. I’ll record a video to walk you through the backend of your site before we wrap up so you'll have a crash course. (And/but please know I'm here if you want update support down the road.)

Bring your brand guide, logo files, fonts, and color palette, and we’ll build from there.
If your existing brand identity feels inconsistent with what we uncover in the brand clarity process, I’ll let you know early and we can talk through whether The New Build actually makes sense. The choice will be yours.
A 50% deposit is due at project start to reserve your spot on my calendar.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
And all packages include two rounds of revisions at the brand identity phase, copywriting phase and website design phase.
